Focus: Help clients decorate their living and workspaces by suggesting fabric types and colors for various reupholstery jobs, manage projects, report payroll
The success of this role depends largely upon personality, initiative, flare, character, and best practices you develop – you will gain experience and knowledge as you grow
Duties/Responsibilities:
Check calendar for pick-ups and deliveries
Retrieve messages via phone recordings, text, email
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Greet and assist phone customers
Respond to customers questions, give quotes within 24 hrs
Check Mailbox, open mail and process
Create invoices
Process payments
Create work orders
Order fabrics
