You will be working directly for the co-owners. You need to have a small business mindset of wearing many hats. Being a small business there is no safety net, so when you take on a task it must get done correctly. We’re doers and need you to be also. To fit our team we need a go-getter, passionate about feeding pets, learns fast, follow instructions, and is enthusiastic.
It is a PART-TIME position, 16.5hrs/wk initially. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30a-2p. Start ASAP. We can be slightly flexible with the days/hours for the right person.
$17-$20/hr DOE, eval after 3mos with a potential increase. PTO and health benefits after 90 days. Other perks too, like corporate discount and weekly food for your furbaby. Plenty of opportunity for advancement and expanding of the role.

Oversee and manage retail product inventory and restocking
Shipping Day Notifications, New Customer Emails
Sample Pack Follow-up
Anniversary card/pet passing card
Email follow-ups and responses
Answer phone
Order pick-ups/greet customers
Process walk-in sales/fulfill orders
Assemble and place weekly Costco order
Maintain and monitor (and/or order) supplies: liners, rolls, Vit E, psyllium, gelatin, gloves, aprons, hair nets, labels, pouches, boxes, shipping supplies
Place weekly dry Ice order
Approve Payroll
Schedule Monday Roadie deliveries for local orders
Become an expert on our FAQ, products, processes and procedures, and customers needs
Other duties as needed, for example: print labels, help with shipping needs, occasional errands, and the like

- Mac familiar, Shopify/Woo and shipping experience big plusses
- Read, write, speak English, Spanish is a plus
