We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, and quick-learning full-time office administrative assistant to join our team. Our company specializes in home remodeling.
Bilingual proficiency is preferred, but English fluency is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at multitasking, and maintain a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling
Data entry
Filing
Emailing documents
Answering and making calls
generating quotes and placing material orders
Tracking material orders and ensuring timely delivery
Creating estimates for projects
Processing payments from clients
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Delivering orders to the end customer promptly and accurately
Maintaining cleanliness in the office and showroom
Fulfilling other duties assigned by office manager or management
Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with weekends off. Applicants must have reliable transportation and demonstrate responsibility.
