Busy Dental Office looking for an experienced front office assistant. Dentrix and Spanish is a MUST! 1 year min. experience in dental.
Duties Include but not limited too:
Greeting and checking patients in.
Verifying Insurance benefits and getting a full breakdown of benefits
Preparing Router Slips daily
Scheduling Appointments
Multi-line phones
Scanning electronic dental record
Dentrix is a MUST - do not apply if you have no Dentrix experience
Spanish is a MUST
MUST have a bubbly personality to greet and welcome every patient in person and over the phone!
1 year + experience is a MUST
Pre authorization and check out experience preferred but willing to train the right person.
