We are currently seeking a professional and energetic individual to join our team as a Rent 2 Go Front Desk Secretary. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality and be able to provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
