We are looking for a dispatcher for a residential HVAC and plumbing company in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. We do not want just anyone applying to this opportunity! Requirements:
** 2 years of experience in customer service and data entry.
** Ability to work with multiple fast paced phone lines.
** Must have professional typing and speaking skills.
** Highly organized and detail oriented.
** Works well under pressure.
** Multi task management.
** Reliable and dependable.
** Excellent communication skills
** Knowledge in Excel, Outlook, MS Word.
** Desco/ESC experience preferred.
Job Duties include, but not limited to:
**Scheduling service calls for residential and commercial customers
**Dispatching technicians
**Matching service tickets with invoices
**Issuing purchase orders and ordering parts
**Offering preventative maintenance agreements
**General office functions
