Job Title: Invoice Specialist
We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Invoice Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibilities include promptly creating invoices from customer communications received via email, text, or phone calls, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Additionally, this role involves communicating with customers in Spanish and English to advise them of invoice details and available appointment times. The position does not involve in-person customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive customer orders and service requests via email, text, or phone calls.
Create accurate invoices using Microsoft Excel.
Ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers via email and text.
Communicate with customers in Spanish and English to clarify invoice details, answer inquiries, and advise on available service times.
Requirements:
Familiar with Microsoft Excel
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity.
2 years’ experience in billing invoicing.
Work hours
Monday to Saturday 7:30am – 4:30 pm
