Construction Company in need of Office Manager with Bookkeeping experience. We are searching for the right individual to join our small group. You must be well organized and above, detail-oriented, analytical, work well under pressure and must be flexible working with changing priorities and tight timeframes. Part of your duties will be monitoring general accounting practices, data input into, budgeting, developing internal accounting controls, AP's & AR's, P&L's Job costing. Paying Invoices. QuickBooks and Account reconciliations. Must have Lien release knowledge Able to direct others, The successful candidate for this position will report directly to Owners. Must be willing to put in 40- 45 hours per week. Must be very dependable. this is not a remote Job Must be on site. Meet deadlines.
