Order Fulfillment:
● Administration of online orders (order processing)
○ Data entry
○ Problem solving
○ QuickBooks
○ Amazon Marketplace
○ PayPal
○ Shopify
○ Miva
○ Atandra (T-Hub)
○ Endicia
○ Excel
○ Webmail
● Picking/Pulling of correct product for shipping
○ Learning product details
○ Problem solving/Researching
○ Excel
○ Packing
Customer Service
● Respond to online inquiries
○ FreshDesk
○ Webmail
As a small staff of less than 10, cross-training is vital. The following attributes are required:
● A mindset that aims for excellence not for a paycheck
● Sense of urgency/going above what is asked
● Self-motivating/able to work with minimal supervision
● Extreme attention to detail
● Ability to quickly learn new tasks/learn while doing
● Strong research/problem solving skills
● Exceptional written communication skills/strong grasp of English grammar
● Able to follow direction/Company guidelines
● Ability to stand for extended lengths of time
● Proficient computer skills
Work Schedule
● Monday thru Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm
● One hour unpaid lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30pm
● For order processing: 2 Sundays each month; up to 5 hours each Sunday
● During slow season (typically summer), office may close at lunch on Fridays.
● Black out period for time off: week of Thanksgiving through mid-January

Pay Rate: based on experience
This is an entry level and foundational position that provides each staff with the technical and personal skills to navigate progressively within the Company. We aim to establish the foundational work ethic that will become the platform of our staff's trajectory toward professional success and wealth.
