Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO with daily administrative and operational tasks. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with both professional and personal projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Draft and organize emails, documents, and reports
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
Coordinate meetings and prepare materials
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
