Personal Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) professionally and promptly
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes
Assist with personal errands and household tasks as needed
Maintain records, files, and expense reports
Research vendors, services, or information as requested
Provide support on special projects and events
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience managing both personal and professional tasks
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
