Construction Company is looking for a full-time Receptionist / Front Office Administrator to join our team.
Candidate would be responsible for the listed duties (but not limited to):
Answer phones and forward calls to correct department(s) and take detailed messages.
Greet and assist incoming visitors
Scanning and attaching documents daily
Assist other departments with other tasks as needed
Bilingual would be beneficial, but not required
Must have a friendly outgoing work ethic and be a team player
Must have Microsoft Office Word & Excel knowledge
Hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 – 4:00
