We are located in the beautiful Summerlin area.
You must be able to communicate effectively in English and have a professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. and a clearly understood well-spoken voice to communicate in a professional yet friendly manner.
Computer literacy is an absolute must.
Duties include greeting guests, answering phones/transferring calls, data entry, file review and keeping conference rooms presentable among other seasonal projects.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year office environment experience.
The position requires experience with Microsoft Office, (Word and Excel) &/or Google Docs/sheets and the ability to learn other programs quickly. Adobe DC/Pro experience is a plus. The ability to multi-task is a must.
You MUST be detailed oriented with strong organizational skills and be able to work well in a team environment.
Phone etiquette and communication skills are extremely important.
