Responsibility and Duties
. Maintains and update list of all available rental unit
. Complete all lease applications and assists in rent collection
. Serve appropriate notices regarding rent increase delinquent rent and other lease infractions
. Performs apartment move in and move out inspection as scheduled.
. At least one year experience
. Must be bilinqual
