We’re a real estate team flipping homes and need a hands-on Project Manager to keep things running smoothly. You’ll coordinate contractors, manage schedules, and most importantly, control costs to keep projects on budget.
What we’re looking for:
Solid management experience (we’ll verify)
Strong construction background across multiple trades
Great at staying organized and communicating
Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects
Hours are flexible and vary depending on workload. Pay may be project-based or commission-based, with competitive rates depending on experience.
