Seeking a licensed Broker Property Manager for our short-term property management company (Airbnb/Vrbo). This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to daily operations and long-term growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day property needs, including coordinating repairs and maintenance with vendors.
Oversee property operations to ensure smooth guest experiences and high occupancy rates.
Secure new clients and actively promote our short-term rental services.
Provide administrative support, such as travel arrangements and reservations.
Qualifications:
Nevada Broker Property Manager License (required).
Minimum of 2 experience in property management (preferred/not required).
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license.
