Roomsium, a Columbia-based brand by DERIVEGLOBAL LLC company specializing in premium hospitality products, is seeking motivated Sales Representatives in key regions. This role is 100% commission-based, with a unique incentive structure designed to reward high performance. Our product offerings include luxurious Turkish cotton towels, eco-friendly shampoo and conditioner sets, disposable slippers, and more. Our target customers include hotels, vacation rentals, spas, and retail markets.

What We Offer:
10% commission on all closed and billed sales, paid once a month
An additional 4% commission for sales agents who become drop ship agents and deliver orders themselves
All sales agents will sign a 6-month contract and provide proof of sales visits to establishments
Price lists will be provided, and agents may use their own sales script
Opportunity to build and expand in key hospitality markets with no earning caps
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients, including hotels, lodges, spas, and retail markets in the targeted regions
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Achieve and exceed sales targets to earn commission and performance-based incentives
Represent Roomsium professionally and uphold our commitment to luxury and quality
Provide proof of sales visits as part of your contract
Compensation:
10% commission on closed and billed sales, paid monthly
Extra 4% commission for agents who deliver orders as drop ship agents
Additional performance-based incentives tied to sales volume
Agents will be required to sign a 6-month contract
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or related industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline
Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales
