· Qualities Required:
- Ability to work with tools and perform physical work & have prior Supervisory Experience
- Have Extreme attention to detail.
- Great written and oral communication skills
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Be Self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and customer-service focused
· Experience Required:
- Experience working with both Vendors and Customers
- Residential & Commercial Construction experience
- The ability to read and comprehend plan drawings
- Be able to pass a background check
- Maintain a valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record
Concrete Form Setters and Finishers:
- must have experience in commercial or residential concrete
- Have Extreme attention to detail.
- must have transportation to and from work
- Be able to pass a background check
- Maintain a valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record
