Construction Company seeking experience Construction Supervisor for upcoming projects located in Las Vegas.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly to ensure timely completion within budget.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction drawings for large commercial projects, with a solid understanding of building codes and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals.
Familiar with large ground up commercial buildings including structural steel and rooftop
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
