Looking for a Highly Experienced Maintenance Technician with his/her own tools to perform various tasks as directed by the Foreman on Commercial and Residential property rehabs. Need to have experience in plumbing, electrical, framing and finish work.
Must have a valid, clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
English speaking and writing required, bilingual is a plus.
