Applicants must have experience in the Restoration/Construction Industry i.e. Water Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, Fire Damage. The primary duties of this position include conducting on-site building inspections, reading and understanding scope of work, managing budgets based on scope of work, finding subcontractors to perform services of work, etc. Must manage, coordinate and oversell all construction work from start to finish of the project, directly manage a variety of subcontractors, coordinating their work flow for cost effective and time efficient project completion, maintain a safe, clean and organized job site in compliance with OSHA regulations, maintain positive relations with onsite owners, insurance adjustors, property management and work closely in a team environment with Estimators, Office Staff, and Management
