Precision Electric, Inc. is immediately looking for a Warehouse Manager/Delivery Driver.
The Warehouse Manager/Delivery Driver is responsible for coordinating and participating in the receipt, storage, loading, unloading, delivery, and inventory of materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and mail ensuring specifications, quantity, and quality of orders are correct. The Warehouse Manager/Deliver Driver is responsible for verifying stock, identifying losses, maintaining and organizing warehouse layout, and ensuring the safe operation of equipment and tools.
This position reports directly to the Field Supervisor
Essential Functions:
Conducts physical inventories
Drives a company vehicle for the purpose of transporting orders and materials to designated sites.
Loads delivery vehicles for the purposes of ensuring that all items and supplies are properly secure
Maintains and cleans warehouse and yard facilities as assigned
Maintains various files and records
Maintains vehicles
Prepares orders by pulling from stock
Processes a variety of documents and/or materials
Receives stock and non-stock items
Responds to all inquiries of staff and vendors as needed
Assists other personally as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in completion of their work activities.
Job Requirements
Adherence to safety practices
Operating heavy equipment used in warehouse/delivery activities
Prepare & maintain accurate electronic records
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or guide up to 50lbs individually and more than 50lbs with assistance
Clean MVR Record is required
Must pass a HAIR Drug Test (including Marijuana - due to driving responsibilities)
OSHA 10 or 30 (Must obtain within 60 days of hire)
Electrical Construction knowledge is preferred
