Assistant Small Resort Apartment Building & Maintenance Manager (Zephyr Cove, NV) Pine Cone Resort
Compensation: Starting at $19-$22/Hour, IRS-1099 Independent Sub-contractor(not an Employee).
Full-time Small complex resort apartment buildings, located at 601 Highway 50, Zephyr Cove, Nevada.
Good opportunity for honest, hard-working, smart, caring, organized, maintenance-savvy, and nonsmoking couple or individual. Prior Apartment Building Property Management / Maintenance or Real Estate experience preferred.
Successful applicant should most likely either live "on site" or within near driving distance of South Shore, Lake Tahoe.
