In this role, you will conduct virtual customer interactions to build funnel, prospect for new logos, provide existing customer account management, and new project pursuit.Industrial industries include: airports, food & beverage, chemical manufacturing, maritime, metals & mining, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, plating, power generation, pulp & paper, and semiconductor manufacturing.What will I do in this role?Sellers in this role will receive support and guidance from management and other internal departments, however, it is imperative that a self-starter mentality is in place, along with the ability to manage and build their own sales business. Enjoy a fun, friendly and fast paced working environment with a goal of individual and team growth.Working from a home office, this highly autonomous role requires effective organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively and acts with speed and agility. To be successful in this role, you will need to quickly build customer rapport and establish trust and credibility through a consultative selling style. You will develop close relationships with team members within a sales geography and will support and contribute to the overall regional and larger Hach NA Sales Strategy.Territory: The specific region this role will cover includes: Idaho, Northern California, Salt lake, Denver.

Responsible for managing and growing a sales territory with a challenging, yet achievable growth target

Engage clients and prospects via phone to identify sales opportunities for closure using funnel management techniques, for the development and growth of individual sales territory. This includes, but is not limited to, providing quotations, cross-selling, up-selling and minimizing discounting where possible

Execute a consultative salesstrategy

Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in Salesforce

Handle technical and application sales questions from customers and provide prompt response including quotes, technical advice, and guidance

Collaborate with other Inside Service Sales Representatives to improve processes

Engage in department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through visual management and countermeasures where appropriate

Cross-functional interfacing with other commercial departments to leverage the best resources to close business

Salary Range:· The salary range for this role is $30.00- $32.00 hourly. This range may be modified in the future.· This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.· We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.· Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. Bachelor’s degree required

3 years minimum sales experience, progressive tele-sales experience selling products and services in a business-to-business (B2B)environment

Strong working knowledge of SFDC

Knowledge of the operation of water plants and or laboratories, water testing requirements and procedures, and water control regulations that apply to plants is helpful.
