Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in a fine dining French restaurant.

Extensive knowledge of French culinary techniques and ingredients, with a creative flair for menu development.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle high-pressure situations with poise.

Excellent communication skills, both within the kitchen and with front-of-house staff.

Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
