We are seeking talented, detail oriented, dependable, trustworthy and passionate individuals to join our culinary team at Caples Lake Resort. We are a small team looking for positive, constructive, and solution-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and happy to do whatever it takes to ensure an amazing experience for our guests.
SKILLS/APITUDES FOR ALL POSITIONS:
Table Service experience as a server. (we are open to training for the right applicant with limited experience)
Bussers and runners with experience is a plus, but willing to fully train for the right applicant.
Must possess a positive, "can do" attitude.
Professional communication skills are required.
Ability to take direction.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
Commitment to quality service.
Food Handlers permit required.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
