Growing dental organization is looking for experienced orthodontic and dental office managers, bilingual Spanish is a plus! This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is looking for upward growth into a regional role. The office manager position is utilized to increase and maintain efficient daily operations of the dental office, which includes development of a competent, professional staff, continuous growth of the practice through outstanding patient care and employee satisfaction and ensuring appropriate acquisition of equipment and materials. At least 2 years of dental experience required and bilingual Spanish is a plus. Pay based on experience. We offer a salary plus monthly bonus. Must be able to work on Saturday if needed and be able to successfully pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities and Duties

Analyze and organize office operations and procedures, including but not limited to, bookkeeping, invoice processing, cash control, preparation of payrolls and other administrative duties

Evaluate and review office production and procedures to develop new ways to improve efficiency

Develop and recommend programs to improve office operations, patient retention and profitability

Maintain advanced knowledge of software systems to compile, store and retrieve data from managerial reporting

Determine and maintain efficient staffing levels

Recruitment, retention and termination of staff

Work with H.R. to assess, investigate and resolve employee issues

Complete and submit employee records to H.R., payroll and other appropriate departments

Develop and implement office budget

Manage procurement of general office supplies and equipment

Assist clinical staff by facilitation the purchase of dental equipment, tools and supplies

Complete and obtain approval for major capital expenditures

Maintain an office environment that ensures optimal patient care and customer service

Maintain collaborative working relationships within the organization to achieve goals

Ensure compliance with all relevant state dental laws

Ensure a safe work environment by complying with all local, state and federal health and safety regulations and laws
