We are looking for quality caregivers to work in a private home with a senior quadriplegic male. We are currently looking for night shift positions working 12 hour shifts. Experience is preferred but not required for the right person. This gentleman is extremely active. He has lived independently for over 30 years and is very knowledgeable about all of his care. Extensive orientation is provided by the company handling his case for Workmen's Comp. He lives with his wife in a very nice community Sun Valley (highland ranch).
Medical experience is a plus but also not required. We are looking for very dependable easy-going persons that would commit to long-term employment with this person. He requires normal ADLs and no heavy lifting is required. His very qualified staff is ready willing and very able to train the right person for this position. A normal day for this gentleman is feeding meals, taking him in his van to various places throughout town etc. and all ADLs. Good work ethic and dependability are a must because this is a small company. He has extensive equipment for any situation.
