Maintenance Tech. needed for apartment community in Reno NV.
Monday thru Friday. NO WEEKENDS
These are full time positions. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall. Apartment Maintenance Responsibilities:
Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors. Installing and repairing wires, plugs, and switches. Day to day may include grounds.
