Property Management Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced full-time or part-time Maintenance Technician, skilled with light plumbing, minor electrical, basic carpentry, small sheetrock repairs, spot painting, etc.
The Maintenance Technician will turn over vacant rental properties in addition to maintaining tenant occupied properties throughout Reno and Sparks. This position is not based at an apartment complex.
Applicants must be honest, reliable, efficient, and have excellent verbal, written and digital communication skills. Applicants must be able to follow directions, own a reliable "cargo-capable" pickup truck with hitch receiver, have a clean Nevada driver's license, and basic tools.

Chosen applicants will receive $33.00 per hour, as well as non-taxable automobile allowance per work order each pay period.
