With the record growth that we have experienced the last couple of years, we are looking to grow our team! (We are hiring an Auto Break Operator).
Essential Duties: Other duties could be added.
Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) fabrication Training provided
Forklift operation Training provided
shape multiple types of metal, primarily sheet metal.
Load pieces of metal into the machine for shaping or straightening, aligning and positioning the material to achieve specific shapes.
Set up and maintain the press brake machine to keep it in good working order. This includes changing the machines oil and filters and degreasing various parts of the press brake.
Monitor sheet metal as its being shaped, inspecting pieces of fresh sheet metal for imperfections and overall quality
Follow company, state, and federal safety regulations. This includes wearing proper protective equipment and keeping their work areas clean and well organized.
Qualifications:
Must have experience with Auto Break and shear operation and set up
Knowledge of basic math and measurement
Experience with Hand tools and power tools
Fabrication, Construction and light Mechanical experience A Plus
$18-$25 Hr. D.O.E.
