We’re looking for a skilled window and patio door professional to join our team. If you know how to flash, glaze, and fix a misaligned door without breaking a sweat (or glass), this could be your next great move. If you're a pro in windows, doors, and field service—and you take pride in doing things right the first time—this might be your next great move.
What You’ll Do:
Install vinyl, wood, and fiberglass windows and doors (primarily new construction)
Remove and replace insulated glass units
Perform service calls: adjust, shim, align, and ensure smooth operation
Deliver windows and doors to job sites
Keep job sites clean and organized
Spot framing or hardware issues and escalate as needed
Maintain company vehicles and tools
Represent the company professionally on-site
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on window and door installation experience
Strong glazing skills (IG units, broken panes, sealing with precision)
Skilled in shimming, adjusting hardware, and sealing
Able to read tape measures, job paperwork, and basic plans
Can lift 100+ lbs (team lift), work at heights, and in all weather conditions
Owns basic hand tools and knows how to use them
OSHA 10 certified (or willing to obtain)
Valid NV driver’s license and clean driving record
Drug-free, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
What You Get:
Competitive hourly pay (DOE)
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
Paid holidays after 90 days
Paid time off after 1 year
Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM (occasional overtime based on workload)
Where You'll Work:
Based in Sparks, we serve residential projects throughout Reno, Tahoe, Fernley, Dayton, Gardnerville, and surrounding areas. Work includes new builds, service calls in existing homes, and open jobs.
