What You’ll Be Doing
Handle glass replacement and install in fenestration, railings, showers, and doors
Perform commercial glazing, including storefront & doors
Install frameless and framed shower enclosures
Cut, polish, and install mirrors
Apply caulking, sealant, and weatherstripping using correct techniques
Drive a company vehicle to job sites in Reno, Sparks, Lake Tahoe, Carson City, Fallon, Fernley, and surrounding areas
Deliver windows and doors and safely unload at job sites
Work from ladders, scaffolding, and lifts while following strict safety policies
Wear all PPE provided and use specialty tools supplied by the company
Safely and effectively use a wide variety of tools, including: drill, impact driver, nail gun, oscillating multi-tool, routing table,
circular saw, hammer drill, electric chisel, etc.
Keep job sites clean and organized and document work accurately
Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners, contractors, and teammates

Who We’re Looking For
Hands-on glazing and/or window and door install experience
Skilled in both residential and commercial work (retrofit and new build)
Can safely lift 100+ lbs (team lift), work at heights, and in all weather conditions
Follows safety policies and knows how to work safely from ladders, scaffolds, and lifts
Excellent verbal communication skills with both coworkers and customers
Strong command of the English language — written and verbal
OSHA 10 certified (or willing to obtain)
Valid NV driver’s license with a clean driving record
Drug-free, dependable, and takes pride in clean, quality work
Where You'll Work
Based in Sparks, NV, we serve residential and commercial projects throughout the Reno-Tahoe area, including Dayton, Gardnerville, Carson City, Fallon, and Fernley. Jobs vary from new builds to occupied homes, open projects, and service calls.
