Maintenance is responsible for overall "working order" of all RV park facilities including, but not limited to: landscaping, all structures (interior and exterior), guest facilities such as restrooms, and club house, recreational, and retail areas. Maintenance will also be responsible for pool care. Delivery and pick up of materials with company provided vehicle.
Qualification: Physically able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, squat, and reach. Reliable and punctual. Preferred experience in minor plumbing, electrical, landscaping, painting, etc. Skilled in the use of small tools. Follows direction's well. Safety conscience and has common sense. Implementing preventative maintenance procedures and communicating needed supplies to complete tasks. Must have a valid Nevada drivers license.
Position also has the opportunity for full time living on site in the park with all utilities included if you own an RV.
