Part-Time Night Watchman - Construction Storage Yard (Friday & Saturday Nights)
We are seeking a reliable and vigilant individual to join our team as a Part-Time Night Watchman for our secure construction storage yard!
Responsibilities:
Secure and patrol the construction storage yard during assigned nights (Friday & Saturday, 10:00 pm - 6:00 am)
Monitor for unauthorized activity and deter potential theft or vandalism
Conduct regular security checks of the perimeter fence, buildings, and equipment
Operate security gates and maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing vehicles
Report any suspicious activity or safety hazards to the designated supervisor immediately
Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently at night
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform basic physical tasks such as walking, standing, and lifting light objects
