We are hiring experienced snow removal equipment operators for the winter season. This is on-call snow removal work during active snow events. Operators must be reliable, responsive, and experienced with heavy equipment.
You will be operating loaders and/or skid steers on commercial properties. Each snow event typically requires 4–6 hours per call, but operators must be available on-call 24/7 during the snow season, including nights, weekends, and holidays when storms occur.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating loaders and skid steers
Ability to work long hours during snow events
Must be on call and able to respond when dispatched
Must have a working cell phone and be reachable at all times during storms
Must be able to accept payment via Zelle
Must follow safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly
Snow removal experience strongly preferred
Compensation:
$30 per hour
Paid per event
Payment sent via Zelle
Seasonal Work:
This is seasonal, weather-dependent work. There may be periods with no calls, followed by extended shifts during storms.
