Performs make ready operations on screen-printing presses and prints an assortment of colored images on a variety of substrates. Responsible for general help in warehouse to produce quality products in accordance with production needs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sets up and operates screen print equipment to produce products in accordance with production needs.
2. Read and understand production order, to verify quantity, color sequence, and specifications according to customer requirements.
3. Prepares press for printing and tends the press as it runs.
4. Completes equipment set-ups in accordance with customer specifications and quality procedures.
5. Records quantity of materials used for each job.
6. Jogs and re-stacks dried production prints. Checks prints for degree of cure or dryness.
7. Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas.
8. Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
9. Notifies management of product discrepancies, and/or equipment malfunctions.
10. Inspects products for color registration and print quality according to standards.
11. Use solvent or marker to correct minor product discrepancies on screen print products.
12. Create aluminum signs according to customer requirements.
13. Complete product assembly by placing dried screen print products in designated areas to include lifting and carrying orders.
14. Supports General Warehouse in preparation, production, and packaging of product.
15. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
The Screen Print Operator/Warehouse Worker may exert over 50 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Will work in an environment with moving mechanical parts and occasional loud noises. This position must be able to stand for 8 hours a day and will frequently move about the workspace. The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs. Must be able to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. Requires the ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects. Arm-hand steadiness, and multi-limb coordination are required. Must be able to communicate with others. Ability to inspect details, detect deficiencies and color variations is required. Reasonable accommodations can be made if necessary.
