We're seeking a congenial person with organizational skills to be our front desk person in a busy tax office. In addition to answering the phone and handling the meet and greet function, should be able to file client documents by name and type. Should be able to lift 35 lb bankers' box and carry a short distance. Any word processing, spreadsheet and or quickbooks skills would be a plus. Will train the right person. Full time thru April 30th, possible part time rest of year. $15-17 per hour
