Office Administrator/Bookkeeper FT/PT $20 hr.
Energetic company looking for an office administrator to join our team in our Reno, NV office. EfireX is in search of an individual to join our small team in an office administration role to perform general office duties. This role is very dynamic in nature and supports the many remote roles of the organization.
Duties and responsibilities
CRM management (Monday.com experience a bonus)
In bound calls- no retail activity at this location
General bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience a bonus), work with accounting office to ensure accurate and timely transmission of data
Mail processing- general office duty to control and prioritize mail
Support inventory management- support warehouse staff on as needed basis
Executive team calendar and travel management-assist executive team in travel arrangements
