Starting paying $23.00/hourly - $30.00/hourly based on experience.

Role Description

Ticket Processing and Invoicing

o Throughout the month check tickets for correct pricing, trade type, grading etc.

o Communicate with scale house/reps for discrepancies

o Invoice special projects/destruction

o Move from Completed to Posted

o Process recurring equipment rental invoices

Update Purchase Orders & Sales Orders

o Update cieTrade PO’s after pricing letters are sent out or pricing reports are reviewed

§ Add items or modify pricing as needed

o Email suppliers for new customer generated PO numbers (needed for invoicing) as they expire

Reports/Backup for Suppliers

o Provide monthly reports to suppliers

Monthly Pricing Report

o Generate monthly pricing reports for sales reps

o Updated pricing changes or charges requested

Collections

o Email/call customers for overdue payments

o Notify customers with correct banking for ACH

Bills

o Process monthly AP

o Process monthly expense reports

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills

Proficiency in using and maintaining Office Equipment

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Experience in a similar role is a plus
