Qualifications:
Recommend 5-10 years' of experience as an Auto Body Painter
Experience in single stage and base coat/clear coat finishes
Proficient in color sanding and polish work
Removing scratches, blemishes and making new paint work shine
Understanding of different materials needed to perform job duties properly
I-Car or OE certifications is a Plus
Willing to work on Cars, Trucks and RV's
Ability to perform quality work at a fast pace
Must Have a Valid Driver's License
Report any discrepancies, missed damage, vehicle condition issues, equipment malfunctions or other issues to management prior to vehicle leaving
Physical Requirements: General Physical Skills, Carrying, Lifting 80 lbs, Squatting, Kneeling, Pushing, Standing, Sitting, Walking, Reaching, Pulling Extensively and Repetitive Motion
Maintain a safe and clean environment in which to work that reflects the excellent working conditions of the Company
Able to handle high volume workloads and keep calm under pressure
Friendly demeanor with high passion, energy and a team player
