RIGGERS
Main Responsibilities
Prepare and set up lifting equipment (slings, chains, ropes, cables, etc.)
Attach loads to cranes or hoists safely and correctly
Guide crane operators during lifting or moving operations using hand signals or radios
Inspect and maintain rigging gear to ensure safety and compliance
Calculate load weights and balance points to avoid accidents
Assemble and disassemble cranes, scaffolding, or temporary structures
Work in construction, manufacturing, shipyards, or industrial plants where heavy materials must be lifted or positioned
Skills Needed
Strong understanding of weight distribution and safety
Ability to read blueprints or load charts
Communication skills for coordinating with crane operators and crews
Physical strength and attention to detail
MILLWRIGHTS
Main Responsibilities
Install and align heavy machinery (motors, conveyors, pumps, turbines, etc.)
Assemble, dismantle, and relocate industrial equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals
Perform precision leveling and alignment using tools like micrometers and laser alignment systems
Inspect and repair mechanical systems (bearings, gearboxes, shafts, etc.)
Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines running efficiently
Collaborate with engineers and electricians during installation or repair work
Skills Needed
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Blueprint reading and math skills

INDUSTRIAL FORKLIFT 5K–20K OPERATOR
Main Responsibilities
Operate heavy forklifts safely to move large or bulky loads
Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, or storage areas
Transport materials to designated areas within the facility or yard
Inspect forklift equipment before and after use to ensure safety and performance
Follow load charts and weight limits to prevent accidents or damage
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Assist with inventory control and recordkeeping of material movement
Skills & Requirements
Experience operating industrial or large-capacity forklifts (5K–20K)
Knowledge of safety regulations and load handling procedures
Ability to read load charts, tags, and instructions
Forklift certification or license (preferred or required depending on employer)
Attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
CONSTRUCTION LABORERS
Main Responsibilities
Assist with construction tasks such as digging, carrying materials, and site cleanup
Load and unload tools, equipment, and supplies
Operate basic tools and small machinery (jackhammers, compactors, saws, etc.)
Set up and take down scaffolding, barricades, or temporary structures
Prepare and mix materials like concrete, mortar, or grout
Follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, or skilled tradespeople
Maintain safety standards and use protective equipment properly
