Reporting to the Sales Director ANZ, the National Business Manager (NZ) is a crucial, strategic role within the Jack Link’s Asia Pacifc sales team.  This newly created position will build strong relationships with both major New Zealand Retail partners, as well as our Sales and Distribution partner, as you seek mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.  Internally you will work alongside our Marketing, Innovation, Finance and Operations teams to develop consumer centric sales initiatives and great tasing new products!  The position would suit an authentic, self-disciplined professional who is currently working within the consumer goods industry, ideally working across customers such as Woolworths and Foodstuffs.  This fast-paced role will be based in our Auckland office and Manufacturing facility at Māngere, supported by a fun and cohesive cross functional team. Key responsibilities required for the role:Category Captaincy:  Utilising convincing category and consumer insights, be the trusted New Zealand protein snacking partner within the NZ Grocery Channel and beyond to provide meaningful growth within the category. Relationship Management: Through building trust and delivering meaningful outcomes, develop strong partnerships with major Retail and distribution partners within New Zealand. P&L Management:  Take full ownership of budgeted revenue delivery, trade investments and forecasting, whilst delivering market share objectives. Innovation Leadership: Be the champion for customer marketing and product innovation within Jack Link’s New Zealand, ensuring best in class product launches. Strategic Planning: Build and execute an ongoing three-year strategic plan, developed utilising strong industry, category and commercial analysis.
