As the National Business Manager (NZ), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation within the New Zealand market. Your key responsibilities will include:Category Leadership: Become the trusted Category Captain for protein snacking in the NZ Grocery Channel. Use compelling insights to grow the category and deliver value for customers.Relationship Building: Develop trusted partnerships with major retail players like Foodstuffs and Woolworths, as well as our Sales and Distribution partners, to deliver win-win outcomes.P&L Management: Own revenue targets, manage trade investments, and ensure accurate forecasting to achieve market share goals.Innovation Leadership: Drive customer marketing and product innovation, leading best-in-class product launches tailored to Kiwi consumers.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a robust three-year plan, supported by deep industry, category, and commercial analysis.
