Join the Systems, Application and Products (SAP) HR and Payroll Systems Team to perform SAP Payroll Systems Management activities in support of business requirements, improving or adding new functionality to the existing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape as necessary.Providing technical support for the SAP Payroll system by designing, configuring, and implementing functionality for SAP US Payroll processes.Collaborate with the client/business to perform requirement gathering and documentation.Develop design docs such as functional specifications as it relates to SAP US Payroll.Partner with technology teams to ensure business requirements are developed, validated and system development goals are achieved.Work with developers to come up with design of RICEF’s, perform unit and functional testing and work with business partners to get consensus on testing.Project managing small and medium size projects to ensure they are successfully delivered on time and on budget.Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as the implementation of support packs, enhancement packs, BSI, and payroll year-end activities.Analyze/solution SAP PY development activities in support of the business requests to improve or add functionality to the existing SAP PY landscape.Troubleshoot and oversee complex interfaces to downstream benefits systems
