Description Are you an experienced accounting professional seeking a new opportunity? My client is a family-owned manufacturing company and is looking for an AP Specialist to join their team.This is an on-site position located in Nashua, NH. Targeted compensation is $20/hr-$25/hr depending on experience.Responsibilities will include: Accurately and promptly process accounts payable invoices. Identify and address any invoice discrepancies by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. Review and process employee expense reports for reimbursement. Execute check runs and other necessary payments as per requirements. Address vendor payment and invoice concerns as they emerge. Engage in communication with vendors regarding payment matters and issues. Support month-end closing procedures as needed.The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience processing accounts payable, preferably within a manufacturing organization. Associate's degree minimum, Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
