The Presales Technical Support Specialist – ITS position will deal directly with our ITS (traffic) field sales as well as our partners and end user customers.Your contributionAs the Presales Technical Support Specialist- ITS, you will be a critical part of the success of our business.You will love this job if you are energetic and enjoy working with people. Actively communicate with partners onsite, phone, email, and live chat

This position can be located in the US or Canada
To be ready to take on this role, we would love it if you have
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
2+ years of technical support required
Knowledge of traffic system
Microsoft Office and SAP experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
