The Oncology Territory Manager is responsible for driving commercial performance within an assigned geographic territory by developing and maintaining professional relationships with oncology healthcare providers. This role executes brand strategy at the territory level through compliant, high‑quality scientific and product education, supporting appropriate patient identification and access. The Oncology Territory Manager operates independently in the field while collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver insights that inform business strategy, all in accordance with FDA regulations, company policies, and industry codes of conduct.Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory & Account Management (50%)Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, business objectives, and compliance requirementsIdentify, prioritize, and engage oncology accounts, including oncologists, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and key office staffDeliver accurate, balanced, and approved product information, clinical data, and disease state education in a compliant mannerManage account interactions to support appropriate product utilization within approved indicationsAnalyze territory performance data to adjust strategy and optimize call planning and resource allocationCross‑Functional Collaboration & Field Insights (25%)Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership, and other internal stakeholders to support patient access and education effortsCommunicate field‑based insights related to customer needs, market dynamics, competitive activity, and reimbursement trendsParticipate in internal meetings, training programs, and business reviews as requiredAdministrative, Reporting & Compliance Activities (20%)Maintain timely and accurate documentation of customer interactions, call activity, and territory plans within the CRM systemComplete expense reporting, sample accountability (if applicable), and other administrative requirements in accordance with company policyEnsure strict adherence to FDA regulations, company SOPs, and industry compliance standards, including promotional practicesOther duties and responsibilities as assigned
