We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies for our Professional Solutions business across South East Asia and South Asia. In this role, you will drive brand positioning, develop compelling content, and run multi-channel campaigns for our Pest Management, Turf, and Ornamental Management portfolios. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution - collaborating with country teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners to grow Syngenta's presence and brand recall among professional customers.
Accountabilities:Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns (digital and offline) across South East Asia and South Asia, targeting pest control professionals and technical decision-makersDevelop high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand positioning and Syngenta standards, using both agency partners and AI-driven toolsManage SEO, social media, e-commerce, and website performance to maximise brand visibility and customer engagementCoordinate product launches, webinars, and trade show participation with country teams to position Syngenta as an innovation leaderOwn the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation across campaigns and markets
