About this PositionWe are seeking a Risk and Compliance Program Specialist to join our People Risk, Privacy, and Compliance (PRPC) team. In this role, you will help develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management and compliance framework. Your primary responsibility will be assessing regulatory obligations, conducting control gap assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement compliance processes and controls. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong experience in risk management and compliance looking to make an impact in a dynamic, global organization.

Job Responsibilities Conduct compliance assessments to evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements across various global jurisdictions. Perform control gap assessments and identify areas for improvement to ensure effective compliance controls. Work with the first line of defense to design and implement robust compliance processes and controls. Assist in integrating risk, obligations, controls, and issues management programs within a centralized framework. Collect and organize supporting documentation to assist with regulatory inquiries. Prepare clear, concise reports on compliance assessments, control gaps, and risk management activities. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Skills/Requirements 4+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit, focusing on business processes and controls, preferably in a global setting. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Good-to-Have Skills Familiarity with HR-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software and tools. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Additional Information Hybrid/remote work environment. Full-time contract position.

Pay Range$50 - $65/hour
